This class is much more difficult than the last and moves at a quicker pace. The class adheres to the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga.</p>

<p>This is a &#8220;New Moon&#8221; class. In Ashtanga yogi you don&#8217;t practice on Full Moon&#8217;s or New Moon&#8217;s, but yoga in Ohiopyle is still in effect. These Moon classes offer deep stretching and a slow mellow pace. Allowing for plenty of focus for your breath. </p>
<p>Towards the end of the class you will hold sitting forward bend for 5 minutes. This is not really difficult, but wanted to offer a disclaimer so you can move into the pose at a gentle pace. Enjoy.</p>
