<p>Due to holiday travels and activities, tonight&#8217;s class had limited participants which allowed Wade to incorporate a series of handstand attempts at the end of all the other wonderful poses we enjoyed!  The best prop for handstand practice is a wall!  You will enjoy lots of elongating and twisting for the spine during this hour and a half yoga flow.  </p>
