<p>Make this year&#8217;s resolution to practice your yoga often&#8230;..&#8221;on&#8221; and &#8220;off&#8221; the mat!<br />
Today&#8217;s practice begins with sun salutations A &#038; B&#8217;s, with the last rounds incorporating extended angles and triangles, rotated triangles, half moon and rotated half moon.  Enjoy some standing leg lifting into tree, crescent lunges with twists, half pigeon, some push-ups, including one arm attempts!, cobras, locust and of course bow.  How about some rabbit, hero, camel and don&#8217;t forget the ab work&#8230;.boats, bicycles, and crunches&#8230;..Whew!  What a great practice!!</p>

<p>Due to a thunderstorm moving through the area tonights class was recorded while the electricity was out.  The hot moving bodies heated the room quite well without the use of the electric heaters.  Wade will help you reverse all that time spent hunched over the computer or all those tasks we perform throughout the day in a forward bending position.  This class keeps you moving with poses to work out all those kinks in your back.  While you warm it up gently with Cat and Cow, the focus eventually moves to the Bow Pose.  Your aching back will thank you!  </p>
