Keep your body moving in this typical yogiwade flow. Thread the needle twist, crescent, half moon with an extra stretch, balance warrior 1, 2, and 3, eagles and more. Try a down dog flipped over into a wheel, pump those arms, pump those legs, get into some ab work at the end along with bridge and happy baby and the final reward…..savasana!

Enjoy a variety of lunges, side arm balance, some spinal massage rolls, cobra transitions will prepare you for bow and side bow, soar like an airplane through a half moon, fly and perch like an eagle, work on your abs and quiet yourself in plow and shoulder stand. Have a fun time in your yoga practice today!

It is good to see all the folks that are back in town and getting themselves to yoga! It’s always amazing when the room gets filled with people and you can really feel the heat and energy that all the yogis and yoginis create! This class starts out with an Ashtanga beginning which evolves into a great mix. Move your body through widelegs, airplanes, squats, extended angles, etc…..then wrap it all up with some ab work. Enjoy the section of triangles and half moons using laser beam technology! There’s a bit of chatter at the beginning: feel free to forward through.

Here in Ohiopyle we are actually enjoying daylight way into the practices now! For myself this helps with balance poses by giving me brighter places to focus (drishti)! You can apply this while you enjoy spinal balance, side arm balance, warrior 3, boat, lunge twist and so on. Your body will thank you for getting into stretching out those sides, do it gently and rewards will be reaped! Along with hamstring stretches in various poses, including standing wide leg, you will wind down with hip work. There’s a bit of slack time in the recording at the start, so feel free to forward over.

Here is a class filled with lots of familiar poses with a couple ‘change it up’ additions to those familiar poses. Also, some ‘not as popular’ poses mixed in. Begin warming up, just as spring is doing outside, with the Sun! Sunny A,s and B’s that is! How about trying a tripod transformed to crow, transformed to headstand! Move your body gradually through lunges, warriors 1, 2 and 3, standing crescents with variations, extended angles, triangles, side arm balance, boats, cobblers, bridges, hero’s, wide leg variations and that tricky, balance challenging horse riding pose. A great class to help us get into spring shape!

Come out of hibernation with this class! You’ll enjoy a long stretch of poses on the right side with squats and crows to break it up and then a long stretch of the poses repeated for the left side. A fun sequence of angular poses like half moon, reverse half moon, extended angle, triangle, reverse triangle, spinal balancing, side arm balance, intense one leg stretch…… You’ll have a bit of fun with Bell pose warm ups and eventually “ringing” the bell (disguised ab work)! Finish with forward bends, cobbler, seated wide leg and a twist finale!
