Our classes are in the small rural town of Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania. Also home to one of PA’s most beautiful State Parks! Ohiopyle has whitewater rafting, beautiful mountains and streams and trails, biking, hiking, camping, birdwatching, climbing and so on…….. If you are ever in town for a visit join us at the Ohiopyle Community Center on a Tuesday or Thursday at 6:30pm, for an hour and a half yoga practice. Classes are taught by donation and all levels are welcome!
Most classes are recorded and posted here for your home practice enjoyment!
This class was recorded on a balmy summer evening with the cicadas serenading outside. Tonight enjoy a challenging practice with some unusual balance poses. After moving through the basic warm-ups have fun with wrists, twists, boats, grunting boats, arm balances from down dogs, plank on forearms and much more!
Hope to see YOU in Ohiopyle!

I loved this class and I think you will too! It was a fun mix. A sample of it includes 2 crows, 2 scorpions, 3 snakes, a few cobblers, headstand, tables, airplane, happy baby, fierce pose into balances, half moon, reverse half moon, shoulder stretches, hip stretches and ab work. Something for everyone!

No boring warm ups here! Wade always has you thinking! No flopping from pose to pose. If you’re tired of the same old lunge, lunge, lunge, give this a try. This practice mimics second series of Ashtanga Yoga and will keep you moving and having fun with your yoga!

This class was recorded on the Summer Solstice. You begin warming up with some cat/cow’s and move through a smörgåsbord of Sun Salutations. Then enjoy intense one leg, triangle, one leg standing poses, bow, squatting twists, wheel and hip stretching, just to name a few. Have fun with some dynamic mountain climbers and work on those abs with repeated boats. Stretch those legs slowly with poses done on your back. Have a great practice!

You can call this one Hips and Hamstrings with a Headstand. After a nice set of warm-ups with detours you’ll work on loosening up the biggest joint in the body (your hips) and work on stretching those dang darn tendons (your hamstrings) that keep holding back that incredible Tittibhasana (firefly/insect pose) that you keep envisioning yourself in!! The three point headstand moves into crow for an additional challenge.

92 degrees outside…….112 degrees inside! Summer is here! Wade gives us a nice mix in this practice. Listen carefully, because the warm ups are changed up and not the usual flow. Wade likes to keep us on our toes! In this class you get a chance at Bird of Paradise and the Firefly A-with your feet up, B-with your feet down and folded over and C-make yourself look like a half man walking around! Oh that Freaky Wade!
