About these classes

These classes are Vinyasa-style yoga, and because they are audio-only files (and you can’t watch the instructor) they are primarily directed towards people with some basic knowledge of yoga poses. They are not meant to be an introduction to yoga, and are not recommended for anyone who is not physically or otherwise prepared for strenuous physical activity.

Each class is 1 hour and 30 minutes, and while they have a common motif of Vinyasas, each class is different. Some classes may focus on one part of the body like the back or abs, while others may be more general and focus on things like balancing poses. The classes also range in tempo and style— sometimes fast-paced, other times slow and methodical. In short, be prepared for anything.

These classes are recorded every Tuesday and Thursday nights at the luxurious and well-appointed Ohiopyle Community Center and Resort in Ohiopyle PA. They are uploaded every Wednesday and Friday, provided that the maxed-out webmaster has time to do so.
