You’re in the right place if you’re looking for a wonderful Hip practice! This class is a different flow from the kind of movement we follow ordinarily. Change it up and try some “warm up rolls”, standing splits to airplane to eagle to warriors, prayer twists and more. Flip around and have some fun with this one!
