If you’d like to still be able to bend over and tie your own shoes when you’re 90 this yoga practice will keep you on the course! Lots of poses that keep you bending over and lifting your leg behind. Have fun challenging your balance! You will finish up with some spinal love. Peace.

  1. Dec 13 won’t load for me. No problem w/ 12/8 or 12/15.

    BTW I’m including a plug for yogiWade in E Z Rolling, which my daughter Brooks recorded for me and which I hope to get on utube soon. I’ll tell you when it’s up.
