This class starts with Sunny A’s then progresses through Sunny B’s with modifications. Be prepared for some leg burning, then some incendiary arm work with breaks that let the embers that used to be your limbs cool down just enough. After several airplane poses we’ll crash land into boat to table core work (don’t be faked out by yogiwade’s dyslexic moment). Take it slow, do what you can, and never stop breathing deep.

Here is a class filled with lots of familiar poses with a couple ‘change it up’ additions to those familiar poses. Also, some ‘not as popular’ poses mixed in. Begin warming up, just as spring is doing outside, with the Sun! Sunny A,s and B’s that is! How about trying a tripod transformed to crow, transformed to headstand! Move your body gradually through lunges, warriors 1, 2 and 3, standing crescents with variations, extended angles, triangles, side arm balance, boats, cobblers, bridges, hero’s, wide leg variations and that tricky, balance challenging horse riding pose. A great class to help us get into spring shape!

I put this one in the “mystery” category because I was not in attendance for this practice. I was told, however, that it included lots of shoulder work and something about a pose for St. Patrick’s Day! Here it is. Give it a try and enjoy!

Another great yogi Wade smörgåsbord! I think we may have touched every part of our bodies in this practice! You will enjoy peacock, lotus knee balance, happy lion and many more poses from all levels of Ashtanga yoga. If you are an advanced practitioner you may breeze right through most of these, if you are a beginner you’ll enjoy approaching some of these challenges and working your edge. Who knows you just might stumble across “your” pose! Have lots of fun! Oh, and Wade sneaks in some feel good twists too!

Come out of hibernation with this class! You’ll enjoy a long stretch of poses on the right side with squats and crows to break it up and then a long stretch of the poses repeated for the left side. A fun sequence of angular poses like half moon, reverse half moon, extended angle, triangle, reverse triangle, spinal balancing, side arm balance, intense one leg stretch…… You’ll have a bit of fun with Bell pose warm ups and eventually “ringing” the bell (disguised ab work)! Finish with forward bends, cobbler, seated wide leg and a twist finale!

A class to remind us to be aware of our body positioning. This class includes some body balancing and lengthening. Wade keeps it interesting as usual! No generic yoga here!

This class starts slowly through gentle sun salutation A’s and B’s. You will enjoy heart opening, side body stretching, hanuman, halfmoon, hip openers, core work, headstand and more. Always being cued by Wade’s helpful reminders: Breathe….Smile……Be Conscious…..Just Enjoy!
