The Physical Therapist Wade, making sure we don’t cause any undo injury with our movements, starts tonights class working on alignment. After Sun Salutation A’s move into Sun Salutation B’s that become the building blocks for long, leg burner poses. From wide leg forward bend into crow or headstand, killer ab work transitioning into ab stretches and on into finishing inversions and the finale……rest!

Your headstand will make it’s appearance at the beginning of this practice! This class is full of variety. A sampling is: warriors and variations, extended angle, boat, side crow, table, cow face with a shoulder stretch, frog, happy baby….Mix in some ab work, back work, heat building hops and lots of great side body stretches. Enjoy your practice!
