Difficulty Level: Moderate

This 90 min. vinyasa style yoga class starts out with the pretty classic warm ups–Sun Salutations A and B, seems to hit all areas of the body, with a focus on the hamstrings.  Some new and interesting poses to challenge everyone.  There is a challenging Wheel/Bridge pose series to counter act all the forward bends. Don’t skip the Corpse pose, as Wade does a bit of a guided relaxation for the whole body. Great class……enjoy!

Get ready to work out your hips, that’s the focus of this 90 min. class.  The perfect class if you are just recovering or gearing up for a big bike ride, run or hike (or ski if you are downloading this in another part of the world or in the wintery future).  The secondary focus of this class is arm strength…with some interesting arm/balance poses.
