This 90 min. vinyasa style yoga class starts out with the pretty classic warm ups–Sun Salutations A and B, seems to hit all areas of the body, with a focus on the hamstrings. Some new and interesting poses to challenge everyone. There is a challenging Wheel/Bridge pose series to counter act all the forward bends. Don’t skip the Corpse pose, as Wade does a bit of a guided relaxation for the whole body. Great class……enjoy!
