Difficulty Level: Moderate

LIVE FROM OHIOPYLE, IT’S YOGI WADE!  WE ARE BACK! Sorry for such a long hiatus. Our baby is almost 12 weeks old and things are starting to return to "normal".  Since my last class was back in March and I was 8 months pregnant, this class felt fantastic. I was delighted that I could entertain every pose–whether I could do it or not didn’t really matter, just the fact that it was OK to try it and it felt GOOD was delightful. But I think you’ll like it too and no matter what your situation, I hope you feel just as invigorated afterwards.
The warm ups are a bit different than your standard sun salutations, with a little drop and roll abdominal action.   Then you’ll move on to some challenging standing poses that strengthen the legs, stretch the hamstrings and hips. Poses flow nicely into each other.  There is a new pose (for me) called "baby crow" that was interesting. Poses work the entire body and lots of balance practice too. Tough ab series with a nice slight backbending/counter series and a relaxing plow pose twds the end. Don’t forget to focus on the breath!
