Difficulty Level: Moderately Difficult

We started tonights class in a cold room, so Wade got things moving pretty quickly right off the bat. Get ready for a vigorous, almost aerobic warm-up for the first 30 minutes. This is followed by a nice triangle/ half-moon/ twisted triangle/ twisted half moon sequence. Look for a pretty legit Fun With Abs™ session towards the end. Enjoy.

Difficulty Level: Moderate

From Kara: While this is a vigorous vinyasa style yoga class suited for any skill level,  it’s also a good class for beginners.  We had a few new people in class so Wade took us through various stages of most poses, starting out with an easier version and working towards a more challenging position.
You’ll start with Sun Salutation A and B to warm up and move into a long series of standing poses, including some challenging arm poses, and squatting poses including "Horse", eventually moving to the floor for some ab work, lower back poses and ending with shoulder stand.
