We started tonights class in a cold room, so Wade got things moving pretty quickly right off the bat. Get ready for a vigorous, almost aerobic warm-up for the first 30 minutes. This is followed by a nice triangle/ half-moon/ twisted triangle/ twisted half moon sequence. Look for a pretty legit Fun With Abs™ session towards the end. Enjoy.
