From Kara: in this class, Yogi Wade varies from the "typical" Sun Salutation warm ups, with an interesting and new warm up series. It’s Sun Salutation like, with Up Dog, Down Dog, etc, but this series is definitely a little different. The warm ups seem to do the trick to get you ready for the rest of the class, that’s full of poses that work the whole body. There are some strength/balance poses that had most of the class looking around in wonder. Give it a try!
