From Kara: This session gets right into it with Sun Salutation A and B. There seems to be a focus on opening the hip joints which prepares you for the next long sequence of warrior, standing, twisting and squatting poses. Eventually you’ll move to the floor with more hip stretching, some ab work, lower back strengthening poses and finally Plow and Shoulder Stand. Wade reminds you to follow your breath throughout.
