From Kara: This session gets right into it with Sun Salutation A and B. There seems to be a focus on opening the hip joints which prepares you for the next long sequence of warrior, standing, twisting and squatting poses. Eventually you’ll move to the floor with more hip stretching, some ab work, lower back strengthening poses and finally Plow and Shoulder Stand. Wade reminds you to follow your breath throughout.

Happy Thanksgiving! Here’s a nice little workout for your long weekend. This class focuses a lot on leg strength and hip openers. Also, a nice little "fun with Abs™" section, and some serious bridge-wheel combos, which are certain to help the turkey out of you system one way or another. Enjoy!

Hi everyone. I’m finally settling back into the yoga groove after a busy fall, and I have some recordings that I made last week that I have not been able to post until now. Anyway- here’s one from last Tuesday- I have little recollection of what was in the class, so I will post it as a "mystery class"- good luck.

From Kara: in this class, Yogi Wade varies from the "typical" Sun Salutation warm ups, with an interesting and new warm up series. It’s Sun Salutation like, with Up Dog, Down Dog, etc, but this series is definitely a little different. The warm ups seem to do the trick to get you ready for the rest of the class, that’s full of poses that work the whole body. There are some strength/balance poses that had most of the class looking around in wonder. Give it a try!
