From Kara: In this 90 minute class, Yogi Wade spices up the Sun Salutation warm ups with lots of variations to open the hips and keep things interesting. From there you’ll be guided through more intense poses that focus mainly on the hamstrings and lower back. There is a series of Crow poses that will be sure to challenge just about everyone. There is a headstand in this one if you are willing (and modification advise if you don’t want to go all the way up). Expect a standing series and then down to the floor for seated poses. Wade really reminds you to follow your breath, and to let the breath lead the pose in this class.
