From Kara: Great class! Lots of work on the hamstrings and hips–if all goes well, you might find yourself going further in these poses than you ever have before. There is even a handstand to try if you are up to it. Just find 90 minutes and go for it.
Instead of a description this time, I feel compelled to publicly thank Wade for giving us a completely different, interesting, fun and challenging class twice a week, week after week.
