Either you love it or you hate it- Tonight, it’s the infamous Long Slow, Deep. Physically, maybe it’s not the hardest class, but mentally, it can be a real challenge. It’s one of my favorite classes- it’s a great way to wind down after a busy week. Enjoy!

This is an amazing class. I find that with the new moon classes, I am more flexible than normal and I can go way deeper into poses. this episode has a great prep for and side split series, moving from full splits right into pigeon and double pigeon! feels great. After doing a wide long wide legged stretch and hip opening poses on your back early in the class, your hamstrings are more ready for this splits combo.
