I’d definitely describe this class as a "Power Yoga" class but there are influences of some unusual types of yoga (like Thai Yoga Massage) throughout which make for a very interesting class. Class starts out different from the usually Sun Salutations, but you’ll find yourself nice and warmed up regardless. You’ll find variations of "traditional" poses (like Eagle) and a lot of new poses for small muscle groups, like the wrists.  Wade offers a lot of detailed technical advice in this class that gives you something new to focus on in your practice. Watch out for the "Fun with Abs" bonus series towards the end.
