quick, heat generating warm ups that for some reason i found it really easy to focus on and follow my breath–nice rhythm maybe. those were followed by poses focusing on the shoulders and hip/butt. some familiar poses you’ll find in this class: side arm balancing, spinal balancing (and one version with an awkward test of balance), and a long one leg balance series including warriors and eagle pose.  i could feel a little soreness in the muscles in my shoulders and btw my shoulder blades the next day–good soreness. enjoy.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to apologize for the looong break. I have been traveling for work a great deal in the month of February, and have not been able to get to yoga for weeks on end.
