Difficulty Level: Moderately Difficult

Hi Yogites,

I did not go to this class, and I didn’t get a chance to ask the person who recorded it what she thought, so I have no idea what you will get. Based on the temperatures around here, though, I would guess that it’s going to be hot and sweaty. Have fun.

Difficulty Level: Moderately Difficult

Tonight we get right back into things after the full moon class. This class has very little “floor time”- most of the poses are done standing. Look for a lengthy warrior-triangle series ending with a good hip opener stretch. Enjoy!

Difficulty Level: Moderate

Tonight is the full moon and subsequently one of my most favorite workouts- the infamous Long, Slow Deep session. This class is based on patience rather than heat, so get ready for a slower paced paced practice. But it is still challenging, and in my experiences, one of the most useful and productive yoga classes out there. Download this one, and keep it in regular circulation.

Difficulty Level: Moderately Difficult

Tonight’s workout ends with an inversion series (headstands) so you may want to do this close to a wall. Other than that, it starts with a typical warm up and transitions through a trangle/ twisted triangle series, and then on to a good lower back sequence. Enjoy!
