Difficulty Level: Difficult

Tonight Wade mentioned that he thought Tuesday’s workout focused alot on the lower body, so he would “change things a bit” for tonight. Evidently, that means he is going to work your ass off. get ready for lots of upper body, and a killer one-legged tree-to-airplane thing that will make you cry mama. Have fun, and don’t forget to breath and keep your stomach tight.

And we’re back!

Wade has returned refreshed from his vacation, and ready to whip you all into shape. Before class, Wade mentioned that while it was not exactly the summer solstice so he wasn’t going to do his usual solstice class of ALL sun salutations, he was going to do a longer warm up- around 40 minutes to be exact. This is followed by- among other things- an extended eagle pose, and a great “Fun With Abs™” segement. Enjoy.

Hi Everyone,

You may have noticed the lack of posts recently- Wade is on vacation for two weeks, until the 25th of June. We will resume recording on Tuesday the 27th. In the meantime you can enjoy some workouts from the archive. Until then, Namaste.

While tonight’s class is varied, there seems to be a reocuuring theme of hip openers with things like pigeon pose and wide-leg forward bends. Get ready for a pretty good warrior-airplane-extended angle ass-burner.

Tonights class is what Wade described as “Ashtanga Variations”, which meant that it was a series of classic poses. This particular class seemed to focus a lot on technique rather than speed and heat, which was kind of nice. Enjoy

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the long delay- I just had to focus on work for a week or so. But we’re back in action, and with a great workout. Tonights class works on leg strength, among other things. Wade described this one as “somewhat bryan kest-ish”. Good luck and enjoy.
