Tonight get ready for a doozy. Lots of inversions, a really difficult airplane series that is sure to make your butt burn, tricky sun salutations, crow, snake, etc, etc. In general, a tough one that will really challenge your balance.

Here’s thursdays class- slightly delayed (its springtime, and I run a kayaking company- go figure). I haven’t done it, but I did hear wade apoligize at the end for a “difficult class”… that can’t be good…have fun, and as usual, post a comment if you have a sec and tell us what you think.

Hi All,

I havent forgotten about you- just didn’t get around to posting yesterday. Sorry for the delay. Anyhow-Tuesday’s class is inspired by the Primary Series. What does that mean? Try it and find out. I’ll give you a clue: the class starts in headstand, so find a suitable place in your house to begin.

Tonights class was slow and deliberate- giving you an opportunity to focus on things you might not always have a chance to do- breathing and maintaing good technique. Look for modified sun salutations with cobra instead of up-dog and a lengthy one leg balance sequence.
