Difficulty Level: Easy

I’m out of town for a week, so I’m going to pull workouts from the archive for Thursday 27th, and Tuesday May 2nd. Thursday is going to be New Moon, so I guess Wade will do something unusual… therefore today’s archived work out is a Long Slow Deep. Enjoy.

Tonight there’s nothing crazy going on. Just a straight forward, nicely flowing vinyasa yoga class. A great chance to focus on your breathing. Enjoy.

Download Delays

Hi All,

I have had a couple of comments recently about slow download speeds, and after a rather lengthy tech call with our ISP, we have decided that it has to do with a high volume of traffic during certain times of the day. This means that if the workout is taking longer than 10 minutes to download on a high speed connection, there may be 30 other people trying to download the workout at the same time. With well over 1000 people downloading workouts each week now (!) this is not uncommon- particularly on wednesday and friday afternoons. In this case, you may want to wait an hour or so and try again. Sorry for the hassles, but I guess it’s the price you pay for popularity.

Difficulty Level: Moderately Difficult

Wade says that tonight’s class was inspired by Dharma Mittra’s famous poster of 908 poses. What does this mean to you? a fast-paced warm-up, moving into a lengthy, calf burning, balancing sequence and a extra-fun “Fun with Abs™” session. Enjoy!

Also- Thursday’s class is going to be outdoors, so no recording. I will re-post an oldie but goodie for those of you on iTunes with no access to the archive.

This evening is the full moon class. The full moon- often cited by yogis as an easy time for injury- often prompts wade to do a different type of class like the one for tonight. No vinyasas, lots of cobbler, staff and hero poses with some interesting balance poses thrown in to keep warm. Look out for a strange twist on the headstand at the end.. listen carefully.

Hello everyone,

It’s our busy season at IR (where I work), and I haven’t made it to class in a week or so, but I’m still able to get recordings… not sure what goes on in this class, but I’m sure it’s good. Give it a shot.

Tonight is the Mystery Class. My wife recorded it, I never asked her how it went. So… if anyone wants to post to say how it went, feel free.

Well, maybe not huge, but he has a fan, anyway. It’s Morgwn from Yogurt Activeculture wear- a company that takes a differnt look towards yoga culture and apparel. They’ll be doing an intervew with Wade here shortly, and when it gets posted, I’ll let you know. In the meantime, you can check out YAC’s website and blog.

Although the class was pretty varied, it seems after 45 minutes my shoulders were toast. Lots of upper push-up position , and then a really fun push-up to cobra thing. One small session of “Fun with Abs™” towards the end, some warm downs and it’s over.
