The bad news is that all of these downloads cost money in terms of bandwidth. This class seems to focus on your core, with an emphasis on abs, lower back and hip openers. There is also a special treat waiting for you at the end. Enjoy.

***NOTE*** I have switched audio formats from .mp3 to .m4a (also known as AAC). This allows a 30% reduction in file size with similar or better audio quality. As bandwidth becomes more of an issue (this site is getting really popular!), this is a good thing. The .m4a format is supported by primarily by iTunes and Quicktime players, both of which are available for free. As far as I know, this is NOT supported by Windows Media Player, without a 3rd party plug in.

If this is a huge hassle for a large number of you, I will switch back, but otherwise, This will be the format that I will use from now on. If you have an opinion please leave a comment.
