Hi everyone-

Thursday’s class is coming- we’re switching to new equipment and getting some kinks worked out. It might not be up until Saturday, so bear with us..

On Sunday, Wade held a 2 hour and 45 minute seminar on the Primary Series, and those who went came home sweaty and tired. Tonight’s class was a great follow-up from the weekend- classic poses done at a moderate pace. There are lots of strength-building poses thrown in to keep the heat going, but as always, they’re optional. Watch out for a real leg-burner about halfway through.

I wasn’t present at tonights class, but here’s the rather brief description I got from someone who went: “Second series type stuff…an interesting insect series…I’d say medium difficulty”. So there you go. Give it a shot.

Experience Wade’s full wrath as he works through years of deep seated anger-issues during tonight’s class. It’s a 90 minute full-on sweat fest. Remember- the push ups are optional, and there’s always child’s pose.

Difficulty Level: Easy

Tonight is the legendary Long, Slow Deep- as Bryan Kest puts it, “the perfect antedote for living in the rat race”. Each pose is held and savoured, with the intestity built on duration rather than heat. I classify this as an easy workout, but its easy only in the aerobic sense; technically and mentally its one of the hardest classes out there.

Difficulty Level: Moderately Difficult

Still out of town, and I haven’t had a chance to try this one out yet, but the word is that tonights class is themed on animal poses… evidently people were sweating during this one, so I’ll call it “moderately difficult” unless someone wants to disagree in the comments…

Hello YogaPhyles, and greetings once again from abroad- this time from our Jiang Men, China Branch. Sorry for the delay in this one, I’ve been out on business again so it’s taken me a bit to get these together. My travelling season is coming to a close so updates should be more timely soon…

Tonights class is perfect for early morning (like jet lag 5 am early) workouts in southern Asia. Just hard enough to get the blood flowing, but nothing crazy. If I can do it at the crack of dawn in a hotel room, you should at least give it a try…

Tonight Wade chooses the Nuclear Option, as he works you through a particularly aggressive sun salutation sequence followed up by lengthy warrior poses and “fun with abs”. Get ready to sweat more than a politician fingered by Jack Abramoff.
